3. Access to continuously updated L1 portal management tool
TCPS provides our unique secured, Google, portal management tool which stores and makes available all your program content and program records. All content and other materials can be updated and monitored on-the-fly--just like how Tesla automatically updates the software on its vehicles. Please see program details for more information.
4. L1 IT infrastructure vulnerability scans
As part of Data and System Protection support, TCPS personnel will use technical tools to run various vulnerability scans and tests against your website and/or other IT infrastructure. The kind and number of tests varies between clients depending upon industry and compliance requirements. Please see program details for more info.
5. L1 Proactive and reactive technical and program support (25 hrs)
Most companies only provide reactive technical support...i.e. they provide support when you ask for it. We do provide reactive technical and program support, but we also provide proactive support. Part of the program cost you are paying for includes TCPS monitoring your progress and supporting you proactively in order to build your cybersecurity and privacy programs.
